About Your Eating Dynamically Teacher
I grew up in the 80s, eating Kraft Dinner and chewing Flintstones vitamins. As an adult, I began taking courses and training on nutrition and food and I, oddly enough, became increasingly stressed about what to eat and I felt like I was constantly dieting. I wondered:Â
- Which diet was the right one now?Â
- How many grams of fat should I eat? Are fats all bad?
- Are carbs all bad?Â
- Should I eat meat?Â
- Definitely don't eat butter! Wait — now butter is in? Â
Eventually, I opened a natural health food store and spent a lot of time working with mentors, like farmers, nutritionists, and holistic chefs. I learned about nature’s rhythms, the connection to the cosmos and our bodies. Over time my diet became more natural, my connection to food changed, and the worry and stress over what I ate was gone. Â
After speaking to thousands of people about their nutrition, even those whose diet is “pretty good,” eating dynamically supports them with everything from losing weight to high cholesterol to chronic disease. I’ve found that helping my clients simplify nutrition and understand the living wisdom of food and its energetic qualities helps them fall back in love with food again and makes eating a joy.Â
