Dynamic Holiday Recipes

The holidays, the “holy days” ...

- a time to celebrate the divine, embrace light, share treasured moments, and eat gastronomic meals together.

A festive gathering meant to cultivate the soul and glorify a prosperous year through a nourishing feast and the simple generous offering of essence from a heart-centered place.

Grievously, many people experience a lot of stress around what to eat and often are left feeling poisoned by the food industry and pressured by "Aunt Viv", to do so (who of course, is just trying to lovingly feed you).

The illusional solution is a New Year’s detox - just enough to push all the toxins around your malfunctioning liver and gut to eventually leave you feeling increasingly ill, immunocompromised, and “de-pressed”.

In an effort to help resituate any feelings of apathy and fretfulness towards this jovial season, I've prepared a list of practical tips & tricks on how to return to the blessedness of this event and honor your body with nourishment and love.

Inside the Dynamis Library, I share with you my free "High Vibe Dynamic Holiday Recipe Guide".

Before you go download that, here are some ways to reframe and assimilate a holiday spirit around family meal gatherings:

1. Be the change you want to see ...Yes, it starts with you. I’m not suggesting you should aim for perfection. Bring the healthy (whole) foods. Take the flack. Negative comments often come from fear & ignorance. Be the light.

2. Buy organic or local. Believe it or not, there’s a 1000-1 difference in potency. Quality matters and locally grown foods are often more affordable (you just need to seek them out).

3. Take charge and host the party. You’d be surprised how many people are exhausted and may be happy to let you host this year. If they’re not, you can still host a celebration at your home (perhaps another night) with the foods you want to share. Perhaps even host a potluck and send your friends/family my free guide for ideas on what to bring ;)

4. Eat before you go or arrive later. No, it’s not rude. Leave some room and let them know ahead of time how you’re feeling and what you’re bringing. You do not have to ask them to center their meal around your nutrition needs and you do not need to feel embarrassed because you’re bringing some food to share.

5. Take my Dynamic Nutrition Course. I know many will be tempted to take this course well after the holidays are over - when the damage has been done and now they’ll try to backpedal.  Change your state of mind around food as soon as you can. You won’t regret that. BTW this course is 20% off until the end of December (2023).

Friends, your body worked hard for you this year. Enjoy some nostalgic goodies - just don't ignore your very best friend, especially if you hope to rely on it again, hopefully for many years.

Let’s release the shame of being true to ourselves, our bodies, and our resources.
